Yankee Trail Motel is located a short walk to Squam Lake in Holderness, NH

Featuring 10 over-sized rooms with all the comforts of home, including a homemade breakfast. Oversized outdoor swimming pool, fire pits, 3 surround sounds, yard games and grill area. Our entire motel underwent complete renovation in 2022 - down to the studs. All rooms have new electric (include USB outlets), plumbing, bathrooms, floors, walls, doors, windows, heat and air conditioning. Exterior enhancements are also complete with a new walkway and vinyl front, while keeping our red, white and blue theme. (Welcoming red doors are in progress.) Our floorplans are spacious, and all rooms offer a mini-fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker (coffee provided) and blow dryers. We currently offer three King rooms and seven rooms with two double (full) beds. Many other amenities available upon request, such as iron and ironing boards, forgotten toiletries, etc.

When you come to our restaurant, you enter our home - or at least the heart of it. We offer real 'Mom's home cooking!' Start your day at the appetizer station with oven-baked pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, granola bars, oatmeal, juice and coffee while we create your special-ordered, hot, American breakfast. Our aim is to get you off to a great start while you prepare to enjoy the Lakes Region and Mountain air!

Room rates are based on two people and include breakfast. Rate applies to either a King Bed or 2 Full Beds. King rooms allow up to 3 guests. Quad Rooms (2 Full Beds) allow up to 4 guests. Additional adult guests, add $10/night/per additional adult. Air mattress rentals available for $25.
